Welcome to The Sword 'N The Rose!
My Name is Matt Sano, and I want to welcome you to my website! Here, we'll be asking the big questions of life: Who are we? What are we? What is the point of all of this?
We explore philosophy, spirituality, science, and the nature of reality as we attempt to answer these big questions and gain a deeper understanding of existence itself.
The Sword 'N The Rose is a place for exploring these questions openly, rationally, and without judgement.
I am very grateful you are choosing to check out my website!

A Little Bit About Me
I started my podcast and website as a means to join in the conversation concerning the true nature of reality, and connect to people with the same desire for discovery.
Along my journey, I have explored many different modalities of thought, including Gnostic Christianity, Eastern and New Age philosophies, as well as many incredible philosophers like George Kavassilas, Alan Watts, Paramahansa Yogananda, and many more.
Please join me on my quest for understanding; all are welcome!
